Accessibility Statement
Temple TX Homes (templetxhomes.net) is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This page explains the standard we work toward, what we do to meet it, and how to reach us if something on the site does not work for you.
Our commitment
We want every visitor — including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or magnification — to be able to search homes, read our market data, and contact us without barriers. Accessibility is treated as part of routine site maintenance, not a one-time project.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This site is actively maintained and new pages are published regularly, so conformance is a working target we test against — not a certification. If an audit or a visitor report shows a page falling short, fixing it gets prioritized.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML headings, landmarks, and labeled form fields so assistive technology can navigate pages.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds, including on dark-background pages.
- Keep pages usable at mobile widths and at browser zoom up to 200%.
- Avoid content that flashes or auto-plays audio.
- Review new page templates for keyboard operability before publishing.
Known limitations
Some content comes from third parties we do not fully control — embedded maps, video players, and MLS/IDX listing data feeds. These may not meet the same standard as pages we build directly. If a third-party feature blocks you, contact us and we will provide the same information another way (by phone or email).
Feedback and contact
If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or you want information from the site in an alternative format, contact Taylor Dasch directly:
- Phone: 254-718-4249
- Email: dealswithdasch@gmail.com
We aim to respond within two business days. Anything you can access on this website — listings, market data, guides — we can also walk through with you by phone.
Assessment
Accessibility is assessed through self-evaluation: automated checks plus manual keyboard and screen-reader spot checks on new and updated pages.
