Your 3 Current Fits + 1 Caution
Tell Taylor what has to work. He personally reviews the current market, sends up to three homes that genuinely fit, explains the payment, taxes, HOA, days on market, price cuts, and commute tradeoffs—and flags one tempting property or risk he would be careful with.
882 listings is not a shortlist — it’s noise
You do not need 882 listings — you need the three that clear your payment and the one temptation worth skipping. More than half of the current board has already cut price at least once, which is exactly when payment math, tax and HOA context, and price-cut history separate a genuine fit from a listing that only looks like one.

A shortlist with reasons, not a feed
Taylor uses your criteria to reduce the market to the homes worth a closer look. The output stays private because the useful part is not a public list—it is how each home fits your payment and priorities today.
You set the guardrails
Area, timing, payment, space, must-have, concern, and commute anchor.
Taylor checks the market
Status, price history, current competition, HOA, taxes, and obvious risk flags.
Up to three earn a place
If only one or two truly qualify, that is what the report says.
One temptation gets challenged
A home or risk that looks attractive until the numbers or tradeoffs are visible.
The numbers that change a decision
- Estimated payment context with the assumptions stated
- Property tax and HOA context that can move the monthly number
- Days on market and meaningful price-cut history
- Current competition and whether builder inventory matters
- Commute reasoning tied to the anchor you provide
- What Taylor would verify before a tour or offer
Before you request it
Will I always receive three homes?
No. The promise is up to three current fits. If the market only contains one or two that meet the criteria, Taylor says so plainly.
Is this an automated MLS alert?
No. A portal can show everything. Current Fits is Taylor’s manual first-pass judgment about the few homes worth your attention and the risk he would not ignore.
Does requesting the report subscribe me to a newsletter?
No. A one-time report request is not recurring-email consent. The separate Leverage List checkbox is optional and unchecked.
How quickly will it arrive?
No fixed turnaround is promised. Taylor prepares each report personally and works requests in the order they arrive — the first 20 are handled manually, one at a time.
See what genuinely fits now
Start with the payment and the one thing the home cannot miss. Taylor will do the narrowing.
